Hello everyone ! well the antique toy sale went like gang busters ! couldn’t be happier with the results ! everyone loves old toy trucks, besides guns they are probably the easiest thing to auction. we still have over 450 more still to auction and most are of the 1950s tonka era with all the highway series, and they are in the nicest condition you will see. lots of really rare tonkas all the semis and specialty trucks, vans, wreckers, and some of the rarest ones tonka ever made as well as several Don Desalle trucks. there are 11 smith miller trucks in the mix along with every other kind you can name, should be a record setter. This sale went as expected, didn’t have to look for any bids which was nice. Don, Chris, and Rick, took over half the trucks between them and they made the sale roll fast as they started em high and we rolled along. at one point in the last half of the sale we sold 3 trucks a minute for over 25 minutes straight. that’s blazing along ! total sale 3 hours and 45 minutes ! that’s fast and we got the results we wanted. when you get the people who are serious buyers it really makes the sale a breeze, no fooling around, just hard core bidding. when you say " how bought $ 50 to start " and Rick says make it $100 before you can finish your sentence your having a good sale ! all in all it was a great sale and I love doing the antique trucks it’s a lot of fun to set them up and it brings back a lot of memories for everyone who sees them. we are committed to doing only extreme sales of rare antiques, guns, coins, old toys, vintage glass, high dollar tools, valuable property of every description. if its common we don’t sell it. we probably turn down more auctions then most people do in a year. its all about what people really want to sell and buy. extreme collectors of high dollar property have to really know that you can get the money for property they have spent a lifetime collecting. people always wonder how we do it. if I had a dime for everytime I heard "wow this unbelievable " when they see the massive coin sales or vintage antique or gun sales we do , id be rich lol. we put a lot of hours into the sales we do and like I always say if im going to have an auction its gonna be big and beyond belief. we are at the top of the food chain in what we do and its only going to get bigger.

The last coin sale was a good one with most of the $1.00 coins going in the $200 to $300 range, the $20 golds going in $1000.00 range with a few over. the 1986 gold eagle set went off at $1925.00, the 2004 gold eagle set at $1900.00, the rare 1986 swiss helvetia at just under $ 2000.00, 1885 nickel at $420.00 bi metal proof at $950.00, 1928 p 1.00 at $ 400.00, the complete set of mercury dimes which was a very
nice set ended at $ 1450.00, and probably the nicest set of flying eagle & indian cents we have had the pleasure of selling went off at $4,750.00 loads of coins going in the $100 to $200 range. it was a great sale as usual and we had some serious buyers that make it all possible. we will be doing a huge auction of serious coins around 400 lots in the range of $150,000.00 in total coins this summer when the farmers slow up a little prior to irrigating or shortly thereafter so watch for it.

We are also planning what will probably be the largest gun auction you will see in this area in a long time this fall. we have over 50 guns already and are shooting for around 150 to 200 there will be thousands of rounds of ammunition of every kind imaginable and guns you will rarely see. lots of other hunting related items and collectible hunting signs and collectibles. if you have a gun you would like to have on the sale call now, because it will be a big sale and you wont have a better chance to get the money your property deserves. we will have loads of bulk ammunition of every kind. over 10,000 rounds expected. we also have at this time several guns to sell. if you are a serious buyer of these types of guns give me a call. we have had many people who just want to look at them which is understandable , but it takes a lot of time out of the day and we are a busy bunch. guns to sell : 2 - 50 caliber barretts, one bolt action and one semi auto , both new in the case complete with accessories and scopes. they are the real deal. 4 - m-1 carbines, underwood, winchester, npm, and a irwin pedersen. no import marks. all in as nice a shape as you will see. 1- gaurande in original condition great shape , no import marks. serious callers only if you are interested. call to set up an appointment. have a good summer and keep watch of our website for the latest info. if you have any items to sell give us a call. guns, coins , antiques, or collectibles. see ya !
